Dear Future Officers,

I have made this document, keeping in mind the questions that UPSC frames.

Instead of making it an isolated affairs, and simply copy pasting the stuff, I have included those details which are important from Prelims 2024 point of view though, definitely, you can use this document for Mains too.

This document has been divided into overall sections

1. The budget details – its basics, the previous budget few details which remain relevant this year and the details of upcoming budget

2. Then, in the same in continuation, I have included the PYQs which has been taken from UPSC as well as State PSCs of various states – to make you understand the need of the budget document (please note – I have excluded the irrelevant PYQs of state PSCs so that the questions chosen remain relevant for UPSC)

3. Then, I have included few pages from the original budget fine to give you feel of how they represent the data. Suitable instructions has been included wheresoever required

4. Then, I have included the 15th Finance Commission recommendations

5. In the end, in appendix, I have included the details of schemes – which got a mention in the current budget in the speech of our honourable FM.

I hope, you will find this budget document crisp and to the point.
